When you rent an electric bike from us, a protective helmet is included to ensure your safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel your reservation free of charge with 36 hours’ notice. If you cancel between 24 and 36 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. No refund is possible if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance. In the event of rain in Mont-Tremblant, cancellation is free of charge.
