Below Zero allows you to reserve your snowboard equipment the day before your day on the slopes so you can get the most out of it! Plus, we’ll adjust your board for free to give you the comfort you deserve on your runs.

Cancellation policy
By the Customer : Customers will receive a full refund or credit if they cancel their reservation with 48 hours’ notice. To cancel, please contact us via email.
By the Operator : In the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.
Reservation Changes
No refunds or changes to the reservation duration are possible once the equipment has been collected.
Credit Card Charges
Charges will appear as “FH* Below Zero Rentals.” Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
